Got a pack of 15 high school students (and three chaperones) to do golden cathedral in a day

I was tasked with planning a camping trip for my school. I chose Escalante Utah to show them what we need to protect. I actually convinced them to not only to primitive camp, but also to do a challenging nine mile back country trail that I had done in my freshman year. It was grueling to get them in the canyon, but once I did, it was a blast! I almost got them lost once, but my teachers trusted me and I got us through. It was perfect for my project side of my IB CAS project.
