Beginner advice for outdoor sports- skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking, rafting...

Hi!

I recently moved to Fort Collins, CO and have peaked an interest in learning outdoor sports. I am originally from south Texas, with very little experience in outdoor recreation other than hiking. I have always loved the outdoors and all it offers, which is why I moved to Colorado! I am finishing up my last year of undergrad here and am looking into becoming a recreational therapist (or something along those lines). However, I have very little experience with outdoor recreation here- due to lack of money. When I graduate I am open to moving anywhere, but I want to dedicate my time in between graduate school to learn how to ski, climb, mountain bike, raft, and whatever other opportunities that are presented to me.

I feel like trying to learn all this at 22 would be difficult due to the expenses. I’ve been searching for a beginners outdoor program (both in and outside of the U.S) that would be able to teach me all these skills over the course of a year or two, to where I can at least be knowledgeable and comfortable with them. I’m not sure if this is the right way to go, or if I should simply find an instructor in each of these areas and focus on each individual skill one at a time.

Does anybody have any suggestions/advice of how to jump into all this?
