Guide Internship

Let me start by saying, my bad if this is not the right subreddit for this post. I didn't really know where else to post it.

I have a potential interview via Skype with an outdoor guiding company for an internship. I'm quite young and have no guiding experience but a fair amount of personal outdoor experience including doing a NOLS course. I'm also due to get my WFR this spring.

I'm super nervous for this interview and really want to land this internship! The company does ice climbing, glacier hikes and sea kayaking.

What kind of questions do guiding companies usually ask? Or is there anything I should know/do beforehand to be prepared? Any tips/info would be super appreciated.
