I've been doing day hikes for about a year now. I've done up to 8 hours and 12km/7.5 miles before my shitty shoes started causing too much pain. I'm a city slicker so I wouldnt even know what to do if my phone crapped out on me.
What is the most important things to know and the differences between day hikes and multi day camping?
And what are the best places to check out in southern Ontario?
